I can’t say enough about my great experience with Chris. I called my realtor who was handling my purchase of the new home and told him the BAD news that we were turned down with the mortgage company we applied. I broke the news to my co-worker, who told me to call Chris. I talked to Chris over the phone, and in minutes he told me, “I can get you a mortgage.” I did not believe it. I sent him all my paperwork and even before I had an application in 3 days I had an approval with a lender Chris said could do it for us. We closed in 18 days. Unbelievable. And, the lender even paid for most of my closing costs. I recommended Chris highly to anyone looking for a loan. If he can’t do it, nobody can.
